Just installed the invisibleSHIELD

Well,

That other iPod touch in the post below? Turns out it had a bright pixel. So the day I found it out and replaced it was the same day the invisibleSHIELD came. If I hadn't realized it yet and already applied the invisibleSHIELD, I would have had to bought a brand new one- OY VEY!So I was incredibly lucky that it didn't come as early as I had hoped! So I just installed it, and let me say–HORRIBLE INSTALLATION! It was inaccurate and kept sticking and not sliding. We got stuff and bad air bubble trapped and it was quite the hassle to try and remove and re-apply. The solution came in a sponge–a DISASTER! were they to cheap to keep using the spray bottle? HORRIBLE! Also, it was inaccurate. I had to trim the edges with a pocket knife around the ports, edges, and over the volume buttons. Also, lots of air bubbles, which should come out overnight (which is why this post isn't on Good Morning Geek [link]. So, I will rate the installation -**
Negative 2 stars. HORRIBLE! But the protection? Read the post on Good Morning Geek [link] to find out!

iPod touch, invisibleSHIELD

Well, yet again I've had to replace my iPod touch. Well, actually, Apple replaced it for me, because the screen connection went bad But I have decided to cease this opportunity so I can always have a scratch free iPod.

Well, the case I had been using was actually putting scratches into the device, not preventing them. So, I'm not putting that case on THIS iPod. So, instead of a normal case, I'm getting an invisibleSHIELD [link], because there really is nothing better than a bare case-less iPod touch. So many people don't have cases because they love how sleek the device is...after all, it is Apple. But until then, I don't want to have a scratch or a fingerprint on my iPod, nor even a spec of dust. So, I decided that I would sacrifice my constant need for my iPod touch to make sure it has NO scratches in it...EVER. The below picture shows what I will do until that invisibleSHIELD arrives in the mail.

As you can see, it is in it's original packaging, then taped multiple times, nd just to triple check, in a plastic bag. Now, If I want this thing to be COMPLETELY fingerprint free, I'll have to leave it in there, which, obviously, means I won't be able to use my AWESOME iPod touch!

D-:

Well, There may be an application video for it, but there will DEFINITELY be a review on Good Morning Geek [link] and the Good Afternoon Geek Podcast [link, opens in iTunes], that is, if it arrives...ever (which I'm sure it will).
